Keeping You Safe
We are really happy to be able to welcome people back, but in order to keep everyone safe there are some important steps we have had to take to keep us all safe.
We will be ensuring the Hall is clean and ventilated. This means it might be colder than usual, whilst we will try to keep it as warm as we can, feel free to bring an extra layer to wear.
We would ask you all to sanitise your hands on entry and again if you feel you need to. Toilet facilities will be available, but please do take special care with hygiene at these points.
The film committee will be wearing masks. In line with current government guidelines we have to ask all guests to wear masks throughout the film and whilst moving around the building. They may be temporarily removed whilst seated for eating and drinking.
Seats can be reserved by placing one of our cards on it. Ask for a card when you buy your ticket. Once you have chosen your seat, please respect others seating choices and leave cards in place.
Tea/coffee and cake can now be ordered and paid for at the first hatch in the foyer, then collected at the hatch in the Hall. Single pieces of cake will be on display – these will not be sold, your cake will be cut and served in a closed environment.
The Lounge will be open and the bar will be serving wine and beer, but numbers there will be restricted to 30. Please do not be offended if we ask you to return to the hall once you have collected drinks to allow others to use this facility.
We hope these measures will keep us all safe and give you the confidence to come back to us.
